Remarkably detailed inspection! Even down to minor details like doors that don't latch properly. Joshua explained everything thoroughly, and his in-depth knowledge of details such as unsafe wire terminations and wire splices, and areas of safety concern that are merely under discussion but not covered by building code was impressive. He invited me to attend the end of the inspection for a verbal rundown, which was very much appreciated. He was friendly and very responsive to inquiries. He clearly identified the limits of how much he could inspect in some cases based on either limitations of the profession or ability to have access. He had the final report to me the very same day. I would easily choose him again. I can think of nothing to complain about at all!
